This week, I started using Grateful 160. I had a choice of whether to sign up for text messages or emails, up to 4 times a day. I signed up for 2 email messages a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. These “thanks reminders” ask me “what are you grateful for?” When I receive the message, I send a quick reply. Then, at the end of the week, I received a compiled list of ALL of my items from throughout the week. I am loving the opportunity to strengthen the habit of gratitude. Oh, and the price is right—it’s free!

What are you grateful for? Do you have gratitude habits you’d like to share?

  1. My most recent gratitude habit is the same one as your’s… I receive Grateful 160 in my inbox I believe 4 times a day. And love it because it’s short enough for my attention span, lol… yet long enough for me to actually pause for what I am grateful for in the moment.
I am most grateful today for our family having invited over for a visit and dinner my husband’s aunt and her partner. It was our first time to have them over for dinner. What a lovely visit we had and hopefully one of many more to come.

  2. This one cracked me up. I am doing it, and I looked at my summary post and I had put down “internet” nearly every day! lol… You would think I could think of better things to be grateful for than the Internet, but I guess I do really love it.

  3. I’m using this too and I love it. I really enjoy getting the post at the end of the week of all the things I was grateful for during the week. It’s a powerful reminder of all the good in my life.
