Hey, I love the haiku you are sharing, thank you!
As a part of me is creating art by following my intuition, another part of me is sitting back and watching with a smirk on her face. A fairly kind and gentle smirk. As the shapes in the painting above (or to the left, depending on your format) came together, I thought it looked like aliens watching TV. I used this painting as a pattern for a large wall art quilt, which I’ll share with you another time. Meanwhile, my haiku this week:
Learning to dress my Post-cancer body, new shape. Quantum art project. If you are new to my blog, see Healer Becomes Heal-ee for the first of my weekly posts sharing haiku related to breast cancer recovery. If you like, leave a comment or a haiku (on any topic). Haiku is a 3-line poem, 5 syllables/7 syllables/5 syllables. And you are welcome to use the buttons below to share this post.
LOL – love those aliens! Although I might have interpreted it as moons making their way through a square universe. 🙂 As always, enjoying your haiku Janet.
Form shifts, heart does not.
Adornment is sweetest balm
You are loved dear body.

Those silly spacemen
watching TV in the spring
tell them to go out and play

Haiku word
brings joy and recovery
to heart-ache
Thank you, Linda.
