Delicious – Spiritual Cookies

“Nearly Wild” rose

Periodically, I’m going to tell you about the “spiritual cookies”  in my life. This past week, here are some of them:

  1. With a huge sense of accomplishment, and a bit of relief, I am happy to report completion of the 6-week Build a Blog you Truly Love e-course. During that time, with help, I got a new website, started a blog, added an art and healing Facebook  page, and did lots of soul-searching. Though the technical learning curve felt steep at times, my vocabulary and skills and social network have expanded considerably, and sweetly.
  2. I am grateful for the frequent sense that I am “in good company” when I spend time alone. A definite introvert (meaning I recharge best when I am alone), I am feeling very affirmed by Nancy Okerlund’s book, Introverts at Ease. I am fascinated by the underlying brain chemistry differences between extroverts and introverts, and how that translates into our needs and behaviors.
  3. Maggie, our little dog, who leaps like Superman as she flies madly around the backyard—such joy and love inside a warm, furry body!

What are the spiritual cookies in your life this past week?
