Periodically, I’m going to tell you about the “spiritual cookies” in my life. This past week, here are some of them:
- With a huge sense of accomplishment, and a bit of relief, I am happy to report completion of the 6-week Build a Blog you Truly Love e-course. During that time, with help, I got a new website, started a blog, added an art and healing Facebook page, and did lots of soul-searching. Though the technical learning curve felt steep at times, my vocabulary and skills and social network have expanded considerably, and sweetly.
- I am grateful for the frequent sense that I am “in good company” when I spend time alone. A definite introvert (meaning I recharge best when I am alone), I am feeling very affirmed by Nancy Okerlund’s book, Introverts at Ease. I am fascinated by the underlying brain chemistry differences between extroverts and introverts, and how that translates into our needs and behaviors.
- Maggie, our little dog, who leaps like Superman as she flies madly around the backyard—such joy and love inside a warm, furry body!
